Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all golf club rentals and related services provided by KC Golf Rentals. By placing a reservation, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Minimum Order Requirement

Due to delivery logistics and large group event coordination, minimum order requirements may apply depending on the event location and schedule.

Reservations and Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a reservation. Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment has been received. Final payment instructions and details will be included in the invoice provided to the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that event plans may change.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date are generally eligible for a full refund excluding payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to partial charges based on delivery planning, preparation, reserved inventory, and completed logistics work.

Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any schedule changes so we can review available options.

Delivery and Coordination

All golf club sets are delivered and collected directly by our team. Delivery timing and coordination are arranged with the customer before the event date.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the venue location is accessible and suitable for delivery and equipment setup.

Equipment Responsibility

All rental equipment must be used appropriately and only for its intended purpose.

The customer remains responsible for the rental equipment during the rental period, including responsibility for:

Loss
Theft
Damage beyond normal use

Additional charges may apply for damaged, lost, or missing equipment.

Weather and Event Adjustments

Outdoor golf events may occasionally be affected by weather conditions or scheduling changes. If adjustments are needed, please contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule updates whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

KC Golf Rentals is not responsible for:

Injuries, accidents, or claims related to the use of rental equipment
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic conditions, weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues

Agreement

By placing an order or reservation, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
